BUILDING COORDINATORS & ALTERNATES Building coordinators/alternates are responsible for making sure their building is clear of people and gathering them in one spot away from the building. Once a building coordinator has determined that his/her area is clear, he/she must notify the President's/Provost's office. Only after checking in with the President/Provost may any building be re-entered. Mark Gordon and Ronnie Raburn are to be the default coordinators for any building coordinator or alternate that cannot be contacted.
