Parking/Decals
Numbered decals will be issued for identification and regulatory purposes. These rules and regulations have been established for the benefit and safety of each student and employee. It is the responsibility of the operator to see that the vehicle is not in violation of any of the regulations. Any vehicle operated or parked on the campus is at the owner's risk. All motorized vehicles parked on any SJRCC campus must bear a decal. Decals are free and may be obtained from the Business office on the SJRCC campus.

This Federal Act requires that SJRCC distribute the following information to all current and potential students and employees. SJRCC is dedicated to the provision of a safe learning and working environment for all students and employees.

Crime Reports

It is the intent of St. Johns River Community College to comply with the Florida Sexual Predator and Sexual Offender Registration & Notification Law and the Federal Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act.

Toward that goal, St. Johns River Community College has established an avenue for students, faculty or the general public to determine if any registered sexual offender or sexual predator is currently enrolled at any SJRCC campus. All inquiries should be directed to SJRCC Public Safety by calling 386-312-4095. E-mail inquiries may be forwarded to the Director of Public Safety.

Information concerning all registered sexual offenders and sexual predators in the State of Florida can be accessed through www.fdle.state.fl.us or telephone number 1-888-FLPredator (357-7332).

Automated External Defibrillator locations:

Palatka Campus:
1. Florida School of the Arts, South side, East wall between room F-107 and stage #2 (Black Boxx Theater).
2. Viking Center, in the common area of the student center, North side, third column.
3. Security Office.
4. Rear lobby of the gymnasium, Northwest entrance.
5. Left of elevator on 2nd floor of science building.

St. Augustine Campus:
1. Criminal Justice building, multi-purpose room, West wall.
2. Library building, library hallway south of circulation desk.
3. Administration/Business Office foyer East wall
4. C building - North hallway next to courtyard entrance.

Orange Park Campus:
1. Administration building, business office North wall, next to break room.
2. Viking Center's kitchen.

Thrasher-Horne Center for the Arts:
1. Wall behind the concession area.

Ponte Vedra Center:

CAMPUS CALL BOXES

Call boxes are located on each campus with a direct line to security in case of an emergency.

Call box locations:

Palatka Campus:
1. On the St. Johns Avenue side of the campus: Parking lot directly in front of Viking Center.
2. On the Moody Road side of the campus: Parking lot by the gymnasium
3. On the College Road side of the campus: There are two (2); one is located in the center of the Florida School of the Arts parking lot, the other is located in the center of the Adult Ed./Technical building parking lot.
4. Wall-mounted call box in the front of the Library building.

St. Augustine Campus:
1. In the parking lot in front of the Library building.
2. In the parking lot between the Communications and Science buildings.
3. In the parking lot in front of the Administration building
4. In the parking lot in front of the Criminal Justice building.
5. Wall-mounted Call Box on the Northeast corner of the Viking Center

Orange Park Campus:
There are no current call boxes on the Orange Park Campus. The proposed locations are:
1. At each end of the main parking lot; one near the Administration building and one near Thrasher-Horne.
2. The parking lot in front of the Thrasher-Horne Conference Center.
3. In front of the parking lot on the South end of the campus.
4. Wall-mounted Call Box on the Southwest corner of the Viking Center
5. The center of the main parking lot.
6. The rear parking lot behind Thrasher-Horne

CAMPUS RALLY POINTS
Rally points for each campus are designated areas for faculty, staff, and students to meet in case of evacuations or emergency situations. In the event of an emergency evacuation, report to the nearest rally point for further instructions.

Palatka Campus:
1. Center of Florida School of the Arts parking lot, College Road side of campus.
2. Center of Adult Ed./Technical building parking lot, College Road side of campus.
3. Center of Viking Center parking lot, St. Johns Avenue side of campus.
4. Center of Gymnasium parking lot, Moody Road side of campus.

St. Augustine Campus:
1. Center of parking lot next to Viking Center.
2. Rear, center of parking lot by C and S buildings.
3. Center of parking lot by Criminal Justice building.

Orange Park Campus:
1. Entrance road side of parking lot in front of S building.
2. Entrance road side of parking lot end of first row of parking near Thrasher-Horne.
