SJRCC PRESS RELEASE March 2008 SJRCC's Orange Park campus honor society inducts 41 new members St. Johns River Community College's Phi Theta Kappa honor society held its spring induction ceremony recently. The new members lit candles and recited their oath in front of family and friends at the Thrasher-Horne Conference Center, owned and operated by SJRCC. A reception followed the induction ceremony. The Orange Park Campus Alpha Epsilon Lambda new chapter members are: Maria Aguirre, Kelly Angel, Ashley Arnau, Jillian Baines, Katie Bass, Jena Caraway, Christopher Carignan, Holly Carter, Shannon Childs, Cheryl Clark, John Coleman, Robert Cox, Alexandra Damirkason-Rivera, Ashley Douglas, Antonia Ferraer, Kayla Ferraer, Erin Flack, Dawn Fogle, Grace Forbess, Diana Fryer, Lena Haddad, Debra Henry, Erica Humphrey, James Knight, Jacqueline Lampke, Caitlin Lockhart, James Lockhart, Jeffrey McCranie, Lindsay Mitchell, Shawn Newbern, Jason Overfield, Lauren Prince, Alicia Schuler, Amanda Stewart, Kyle Stuard, Ebony Suarez-Rodriguez, Jeanette Thomas, Ashlee Thompson, Yvonne Van Duyne, Victoria Waltrip and Ryan Wilde. To join PTK, members must have completed 12 credit hours at a two-year institution and hold a 3.5 grade point average. The organization also promotes scholarships.
