HOW TO REGISTER ON MySJRCC
You may register on the Web from any computer that has Internet access, or come to any SJRCC campus for assistance.
Beginning March 3, the College will transition to SJRCC's Web portal. Web Services will change to MySJRCC. You will find all of your SJRCC information at this site. No longer will you have to log on separately to check your e-mail, get your transcripts, find out your final grades or register for classes. The information below will assist you through this process.

1. Log on to http://mysjrcc.sjrcc.edu to begin using
new services or click on MySJRCC from the SJRCC Web
site. You must execute the acceptance policy.
2. Use your generated student ID# to accept
the policy.
3. After accepting the policy, get your new log in ID and PIN.
4. Use your new log in ID and PIN to begin using services.
5. Click on the Student Tab.
Your Registration Tools are located on the left side of the Student Tab Page. To Continue with Registration, follow the directions below:
6. Check your registration status for your time ticket and
for any holds.
7. You may view active classes by clicking on Look Up
Classes in the Web Services Channel on the left side of
the page. Be sure to select the correct campus.
8. In the Web Services Channel on the left, click on Add or
Drop Classes.
9. Select a term - you will be allowed to register for the
current term only.
10. Enter the CRN (Course Reference Number) of your first
course into the first box. TAB to the next box to enter
an additional course, etc.
11. After entering all CRNs, click Submit Changes.
12. You should see a list of all of your courses with a
message:
a. If you see "Registered on the Web," you are
registered for those classes.
b. If you see Stop "Registration Error," the class may be
closed, or there may be a pre-req or co-req error.
Select another course.
c. You may click "Class Search" to find the up-to-date
available courses and register. If there are other
errors, call the Help Desk at 1-888-757-2293 and
listen to your help options.
13. Most financial aid will immediately post. If not, contact
your local financial aid office.
14. To pay on online by credit card or debit card, go back to
Web payments in the Web Services Channel, and follow
the instructions to pay registration fees.
15. Print your receipt and your class schedule. Click "Return
to Menu," and then click on "Student Schedule and Bill."
A small screen will appear with the link to view the
schedule and bill. Click the "Student Schedule and Bill"
link. Then print the schedule screen.
