TO APPLY BY PHONE
Students, faculty or staff may call a local campus library during library
hours. Upon approval,
your Borrower ID number will be provided to you over the phone. The library
card will be mailed to you.

If you call during a holiday
or break, the library may be closed. Please call again when we resume
our regular hours.
TO APPLY BY EMAIL
Online applications will be processed within
24 hours of receipt during regular library hours.
If your application is received during a holiday
or break, it will be processed when we resume our regular hours of
operation. This service is for SJRCC students,
faculty or staff only. Others must apply
in person.
All information listed below is required. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Upon approval, your Borrower ID number will be emailed to you and the library card will be mailed to you - make sure you provide the correct email and mailing addresses.
Email your campus library the following:
1. Your name
2. Your month and date of birth
3. Your status (student, faculty)
4. Your mailing address
5. Your email address
6. Your phone number
