Catalog Notice the default is "Subject begins with." This is referring to the Library of Congress subject heading. When searching for an author using the Browse search, you must enter the author's name last name, first When searching for a title using the Browse search, omit the word A, An or The from the beginning of the title. For example, to find The Shining, just type Shining. + Click the Search button.
3. VIEW
THE RESULTS: If there are items in the collection that match your search, the heading will be underlined. There will also be a number in the No. of Recs column. This number designates how many items there are for that heading (author, title or subject).
REQUESTING AN ITEM FROM A SJRCC CAMPUS: After you click the campus location, you will see this screen:
If you have not logged in yet, you will be prompted to do so. (View login instructions.) After successful log in, you will see the "Hold Request" form:
+ Use the My Account feature to view the status of your request. You may also wish to contact your campus library to confirm the request submission.
