SJRCC Office of Administrative Affairs and Human Resources Department
Welcome!
The Vice President for Administrative Affairs directs a central, district-wide human resources office responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; HRIS; coordination and development of the personnel budget; administration of risk management insurance programs; recruiting and hiring; placement of student workers; and maintenance of all college employee personnel records, payroll deductions and retirement plans. The HR office works in conjunction with the Report Coordinator to collect information and prepare state and federal reports relating to the personnel of the College. In addition, the Vice President for Administrative Affairs serves as the College's Equity Coordinator and ADA Coordinator.
The Office of Administrative Affairs is here to serve our College family - both staff and students - and our district communities.
