We are pleased you have chosen to take advantage of Dual Enrollment at SJRCC and are providing the information below to help ease your transition into college life.
Key Points for Dual Enrollment students to remember
1. If you earn below a C or W (withdraw), you will not be able to participate in Dual Enrollment.
2. Your Dual Enrollment grades will remain on your college transcript.
3. Dual Enrollment courses are college courses so you will be expected to perform on a college level.
4. To get the most out of Dual Enrollment you need to have a plan. Try to determine the different majors you are interested in as well as research the requirements of the colleges and schools you plan to attend. Also, look at the requirements (prerequisites and GPA requirements) for your major and take these into consideration as you select your courses.

WebHelp will be available for assistance
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
You will receive a response Monday-Friday within 24 hours.
Online and other distance learning classes Check your SJRCC email account the first day of the semester. Your instructor will email you information about beginning your distance learning course at your SJRCC email account. If you register for the class after the semester begins, or if you do not hear from your instructor within the first three days of the term, e-mail your instructor at his or her SJRCC e-mail address.
Schedule Changes
Before any change to your schedule can be made, you must have your high school guidance counselor's approval. The guidance counselor will then advise you how to proceed. Withdrawing from a class will make you permanently ineligible to participate in Dual Enrollment.
Please consult SJRCC's academic calendar for important dates such as the last day of add/drop and the last day to withdraw from a class.
As a Dual Enrollment student, you cannot register for your classes online using Web registration or after registering change your classes online using Web registration. Doing so will result in your being dropped from all of your classes at SJRCC.
Student Help Desk Contact webhelp@sjrcc.edu or call 1-888-757-2293 (1-888-sjrccweb) for assistance with your student e-mail account and student Web services, including accessing your final course grades. The Student Help Desk will be available for assistance Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You will receive a response Monday-Friday within 24 hours.
