Financial Aid/Third Party Billing
Students may use book cards August 11 - September 3, 2008. Book cards must be obtained from Financial Aid before purchases will be allowed. All Third Party Billing students must obtain documentation from the Cashier and show picture ID before purchases will be allowed.

The textbook information listed is updated frequently and subject to change. There are many factors that will affect the accuracy of this information, such as instructor changes, additional or different material packaged by publisher, added or cancelled classes, etc.
We make every effort to be sure that the information we provide is correct but cannot be held responsible for changes beyond our control. Our inventory fluctuates depending on sales and shipments, so we cannot guarantee that every book is in stock or that new and used copies are available for each title listed.
Several classes use books that are bundled with Web CT components, passcodes, study guides, etc. that may not be available when ordering these bundles from other online sources. Please use ISBNs to match exactly the book or bundle you are looking for.
ISBNs are available on the booklist (PDF) and at the bookstore. We do not give ISBNs over the phone.

Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds will be made by check, credit to credit card, or credit to financial aid book card.
NO CASH REFUNDS.
The bookstore will refund textbooks 100% or will allow exchange under the following conditions through the schedule change period:
- Student makes a schedule change,
- College cancels course,
- Bookstore sells student wrong book for course.
Student must present register receipt.
NOTE: Book must be in same condition as purchased, i.e. no writing, torn pages, etc. If book is defaced, the regular buy back price (25%) applies.
Refunds of 90% will be allowed under the following conditions through the first two weeks after classes begin: - Student drops a course;
- Student or instructor initiated withdrawal from a course.
Student must present register receipt.
NOTE: Book must be in same condition as purchased, i.e. no writing, torn pages, etc. If book is defaced, the regular buy back price (25%) applies.
Refunds of 25% will be allowed after mid-term until regular buy back at the end of the term. (NOTE: All books bought back at 25% of purchase price must be approved by the MANAGER due to use of that book in the following terms.)
STUDENT CENTERS
Palatka Campus The Viking Center is located on the Palatka Campus, first floor of the Student Services Building. The center houses guidance counseling and testing, the Career Resource Center, food services, vending machines, a games area, student lounge area, and the offices of the Student Activities Coordinator and the Student Government Association (SGA).
Normal hours of operation are from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The Vice President for Student Affairs and all Viking Center employees are responsible for the execution and administration of the regulations of the Viking Center. Use of the Center during regular operating hours is primarily reserved for SJRCC students, faculty, and staff. Although visitors are welcome, parents must supervise young children and abide by the same standards of conduct and regulations expected of students.
Orange Park Campus The Orange Park Campus Student Center houses guidance counseling and testing, the Career Resource Center, food services, the Bookstore, vending machines, a games area, student activities, a community room, and the SGA offices.
St. Augustine Campus The St. Augustine Campus Center contains the Bookstore, the office of the Student Activities Director, the SGA Office, meeting rooms, vending machines, and food services.
