ASSOCIATE IN SCIENCE DEGREE TO BACCALAURETTE DEGREE Criminal Justice Officer Associate in Science Degree to Bachelor of Science in Public Administration through Flagler College This is another milestone for the Criminal Justice Training Program in that the SJRCC Criminal Justice Officer Associate in Science Degree is accepted into the Flagler CollegeBachelor of Science in Public Administration. First classes began last fall, and another cohort is under way this spring. In about two years after the AS, students can achieve their baccalaureate degree. And, with the availability for students of the Florida Residence Access Grant (FRAG), the cost of attaining the four-year degree is affordable. Currently taught at the Flagler College St. Augustine campus, plans are in the making for also offering the BS degree classes at Palatka and Orange Park.
